Marty Dale Lane, age 58, of Henrietta, passed away Sunday, July 12, 2020.

Marty was born August 3, 1961 in Rutherford County to Whitey Lane of Forest City and the late Glenda Lane.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by one sister, Kay Hardin.

Besides his father, those left to cherish his memory include his life companion, Janet Lancaster; two daughters, Brittney Lane of Kinston, NC and Tiffany Oxendine (Matthew) of Magnolia, NC; son, Jesse Lancaster; step-mother, Brenda Lane of Forest City; two sisters, Crissann Dills (Phillip) of Mill Spring and Lisa Coffey (Ted) of Bostic; two brothers, Derrick Lane (Myra) of Lenoir, NC and Scott Lane (Tonya) of Bostic.

A graveside service was conducted at the Avondale Cemetery.
