Mary Jane Martin Walden, 83

Mary Jane Martin Walden, 83, of Forest City, passed away Monday, May 24, 2021.

She was born in Donaldsonville, GA and was the daughter of the late Wilmer Martin and Hazel Hill Martin and widow of the late F. Pruett Walden.

Survivors include her sons, Scott Walden of Fletcher, NC, and Steven Walden (Kathleen) of Weaverville, NC; a sister, Carolyn Barnes (Tommy) of Helena, AL and eight grandchildren.

Funeral services were held in the Padgett & King Chapel. Interment followed in the Cool Springs Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of the Carolina Foothills, P O Box 336, Forest City, NC 28043.
