Mary Lou Emory West, 85, of Rutherfordton, passed away April 10, 2018.

A native of Rutherford County, she was the daughter of the late Vernon and Esmer Hawkins Emory. She was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Horace West and her daughter Lena Ramani and husband Manoj. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son Doug West and daughter Carla West.

Graveside services were held at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, Rutherfordton. Rev. Randy Darley officiated.
