Mary Lou Jackson, 88, of Forest City, passed away Monday, October 19, 2020.

Born in Rutherford County, she was a daughter of the late Charlie Phillips and Carrie Putman Phillips.

Surviving are her husband, Leonard Jackson, of the home; sons, Tony Jackson and wife Debra of Inman, SC and Greg Jackson of Kings Mountain, NC; sisters, Grace Willard, Marie Harrill, and Christine Ingle, all of Forest City; three grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.

A graveside service was held in the Eternal Hills Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of the Carolina Foothills, PO Box 336, Forest City, NC 28043.
