Matthew "Matt" Jones, age 39, of Lake Worth, Florida, passed away Friday, April 2, 2021.

Matt was born Friday, April 24, 1981 in Rutherford County to Wanda Conner Jones who resides in Lake Worth, FL.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Charles Leonard Conner of Caroleen.

In addition to his mother, those left to cherish his memory include his grandmother, Freda Garrity of Lowell, NC; sister, Chauna Jones of Miami, FL; two uncles, Dale Conner (Sandi) of Lowell and Steve Stacey (Hope) of Jacksonville, FL.

The funeral service was conducted at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel. Interment followed at Rutherford County Memorial Cemetery.
