Michael Swafford, age 55, of Forest City passed away Thursday January 21, 2021.

Michael was the son of Gail Johnson Swafford of Mooresboro and the late Eugene Swafford.

In addition to his mother he is survived by sisters Crystal Swafford and Sharon Burgess of Forest City.

Graveside services were held at Eternal Hills Memorial Park.
