Miniature Horse Club  Seeking Membership

The Rutherford County 4-H Program is pleased to announced a new 4-H club is beginning, with a focus on miniature horses. The target age group for this club will be ages 7 to 12. Their first meeting will be on Sunday afternoon, May 6th from 2:00-5:00pm. They will meet at the Rutherford County Livestock Educational Center, formerly known as the Old Shiloh Gym. The club will meet on the first Sunday of each month from 2:00-5:00pm. Membership to 4-H is free and open to all youth, but will be limited to fifteen members. Parents must accompany the child at the meetings. If you would like to involve your child, please call the club leader, Jayne Arrowood, at 828-289-8398. Youth will be learning about miniature horses through projects, games, crafts, and hands on experiences.
