Mr. A.V. Justice, 82, of Shelby, passed away on Saturday, October 25, 2014. 

A native of Cleveland County, he was born on February 5, 1932, the son of the late Crawford Justice & Beatrice Greene Justice. He was retired from Container Corporation of America and was a member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church. He loved to restore antique trucks & cars, working on small engines, woodworking, & traveling with his wife.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Marilyn Hamrick Justice. He is survived by 1 son, Roger Justice & wife Donna of Shelby; 1 daughter, Anita Justice Barrett & husband Jerry of Shelby; his grandchildren, Wesley Barrett & wife Melanie & Alan Justice & wife Christy; his great grandchildren, Kevin, Cameron & Justin; 5 shared great grandchildren & 1 shared great-great grandchild; special friend, Brayden Pruitt.

A Celebration of Mr. Justice’s Life was held at Beaver Dam Baptist Church with the Rev. Dr. Paul Sorrells & Rev. Phil Hughes officiating. Burial followed in the Beaver Dam Baptist Church Cemetery.
