Mr. Charles Donald Franklin, Jr., age 44, passed away on Thursday, July 15, 2018.

Mr. Franklin was born in Gaston County to the late Charles Franklin Sr. and Roberta Derby Franklin. He is also predeceased by a sister Linda Franklin.

Surviving is a daughter, India Franklin of Gastonia, a brother, Richard Franklin (Paulette) of Gastonia, two sisters, Judy Messer and Sissy Sigmon of Gaston County.

A Celebration of Life was held at Bright Light Baptist Church in Bessemer City.
