Mr. Homer Talamage Wease, 87, of Long Road, Prosperity, SC passed away Thursday, May 5, 2011. Services was held at Goodes Creek Baptist Church. Burial followed in Hicks Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Wease was preceded in death by his wife, Lula Coggins Wease; his parents, George W. and Lula Cash Wease; 1 brother; and 4 sisters.
He is survived by 1 daughter, Linda Long and husband Donald of Prosperity, SC; 2 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Goodes Creek Baptist Church, 453 Goodes Creek Church Rd., Mooresboro, NC 28114; or Mount Pilgrim Lutheran Church, 223 Mount Pilgrim Church Rd., Prosperity, SC 29127.
