Mr. Jeff “Bodine” Norton, 28, of Big Island Road, Rutherfordton, NC, passed away Friday, June 3, 2011. A Graveside Service was held in the Thomas Family Cemetery, Marshall, NC.
Mr. Norton was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Shadrack Norton; and maternal grandparents, Gilbert and Helen Boings.
He is survived by his wife, Tanna Norton; his parents, Phillip Norton and Margaret Boings Taylor; 1 son, Tyler Norton of the home; 3 brothers, Stacy Norton of Spindale, Eric Norton of Rutherfordton and Nathan Norton of Spindale; his grandmother, Starlene Norton of Rutherfordton; 1 half-brother, Brandon Taylor of Sunshine; and a host of family and friends.
Harrelson Funeral Home, Caroleen, NC is serving the family.
