Mr. Matthew Pannell, 24, of Dobbinsville passed away on Sunday, October 2, 2011. Services were held at Caroleen United Methodist Church. Internment followed in Rutherford County Memorial Cemetery.
Mr. Pannell was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, James “Jamup” Pruett and paternal grandparents, Dewey and Peggy Pannell.
He is survived by his parents, Jerry “Cos” Pannell and Joni Pruett Pannell; his grandmother, Betty Pruett of Dobbinsville; one aunt, Jill Baker and husband, Johnny of Polk County; two uncles, Ronnie Pannell and wife, Margie of Cherryville, Jimmy Pruett and wife, Donna of Dobbinsville and four cousins.
