Mr. Steven Gregory Daves, 53, of Belmont, NC passed away on Saturday, June 25, 2011. Services were held at Bethel Baptist Church Family Life Center in Ellenboro, NC.

Mr. Daves was preceded in death by his parents, Jerry and Sarah Jones.

He is survived by two sons, Kevin Daves of Rutherfordton and Matt Daves of Bostic; one brother, Tim Daves and wife Teresa of Forest City; one sister, Sheila Dobbins and husband Chris of Ellenboro; one nephew, Kyle Daves; two nieces, Sarah Kate Dobbins and Ashely Martin;  and a very special friend, Selina Stowe.
