Mrs. Brenda Joyce Buckner, 68 of Ellenboro, NC passed away on Friday, September 30, 2011. Memorial services were held at Harrelson Funeral Chapel.

Mrs. Buckner was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Buckner; her parents, Pat Vickers and Sarah Louise McFalls Vickers and one daughter, Carla Thompson.

She is survived by one son, Joseph Ballesteros II and wife, Lisa of Henrietta; four daughters, Rosina Suzanna Hall of California, Diana Renee Wood of California, Melissa Dawn Wood of Forest City, Tracy Michelle Railsback of Nebraska; two brothers, Charles Vickers of Ellenboro and Rodger Vickers of Henrietta; one sister, Betty Smith of Caroleen and special friends, Robert and Cathey Guffey of Ellenboro.  She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Harrelson Funeral Home, Caroleen, NC is serving the family.
