Mrs. Edna Hancock Lovelace, 67, of Forest City, NC passed away on Monday, October 3, 2011. Services were held at Goodes Creek Baptist Church. Internment was in the church cemetry.
Mrs. Hancock was preceded in death by her parents, Jesse Lee Hancock and Ethel Lee Silvers Hancock.
She is survived by her husband of almost 49 years, Reverend Cecil Lovelace; an “adopted” daughter, Sarah Koone and husband, Brian of Forest City; two sisters, Delores Haynes and husband, Bob of Hendersonville and Mildred Henson and husband, David of Bostic; one brother, Jay Hancock and wife, Peggy of Forest City.
