Mrs. Geneva Gamble Greene, 95, of Oak Grove Health Care Center, Rutherfordton, NC passed away Wednesday, April 27, 2011. Services were held at The A.C. McKinney Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow in Cliffside Cemetery.
Mrs. Greene was preceded in death by her husband, Jason Greene; her parents, John Charles and Brenda Hunt Gamble; and 1 son, Bobby Lee Greene.
She is survived by 1 daughter, Patricia Greene Long and husband Jim of Columbia, SC; 2 sons, Richard Greene and wife Wanda of Mooresboro and David M. Greene, formerly of Cliffside; 1 sister, Eula Mae Bishop of Tampa, FL; 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
