Mrs. Janice Faye Crawford Couch passed away March 18, 2012.
She is preceded in death by a son James Robert Couch, a grandson James Junior, her mother Cleo Crawford and her father Fred Crawford.
She is survived by her husband, James Couch; sons Charles Couch and Brian Couch; daughters Judy Dockery, Lora Smith, and April Couch; sister Janie Guffey; brothers William, Donald, and Alvin Crawford; 16 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
A Memorial service was held at Poors Ford Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Poors Ford Baptist Church, 3531 Poors Ford Road, Rutherfordton, NC 28139.
Crowe Mortuary is serving the family.
