Mrs. Mary Helen Callahan Walker McDaniel, 69, of Mooresboro, NC passed away Monday, November 1, 2010. A Memorial Service was held at Crowe’s Mortuary Chapel.

Mrs. McDaniel was preceded in death by her parents, John Lee Callahan and Mary Lily Dalton Callahan.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Samuel “Bob” McDaniel of the home; 1 daughter, Marsha Gail Walker Yelton of Mooresboro, NC; 2 step-daughters, Maichaela Sprouse of Shelby, NC, and Linda Walker of Forest City, NC; 1 sister, Kay Harris of Myrtle Beach, SC; 1 brother, Bobby Callahan of Rutherfordton, NC; and 2 grandsons.

Crowe’s Mortuary & Crematory, Rutherfordton, NC is serving the family.
