Mrs. Mary Thompson Pegram age 92 of Rutherfordton, NC passed away Monday February 27, 2012.
Born November 29th 1919 in Polk County NC she was a daughter of the late Martin and Bessie McGuinn Thompson.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband John Braxton Pegram and a number of brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her brother Leslie Thompson and his wife Phemetia of Ellenboro, NC; one sister-in-law Ann Thompson of Rutherfordton, NC; two brothers-in-law Ray Pegram of Spindale, NC and James Pegram of Melbourne, FL as well as a number of other friends and family members.
Funeral services were held at Crowe’s Funeral Chapel.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Rutherford County Hospice POB 336 Forest City, NC or to Adaville Baptist Church 805 Oakland Road Spindale NC 28160.
Crowe’s Mortuary is assisting the family.
