Mrs. Nancy Hodge Nix age 81 of Rutherfordton passed away Friday October 27, 2017.

A native of Rutherford County she is the daughter of the late George Robert Hodge, Sr. and Thelma Roberts Hodge. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son Michael Nix.

Nancy was a retired Registered Nurse having worked at Rutherford Hospital and was a member of St. Francis Episcopal Church in Rutherfordton, NC. She is survived by one brother George Hodge, Jr. of Charlotte.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to St. Francis Episcopal Church. 395 N. Main Street, Rutherfordton, NC 28139.
