Staff Mrs. Patricia Kay O'Neil Watkins, of Mill Spring, NC, age 43, passed away Sunday June 14, 2015. She is survived by her husband Ronald "Ronnie" Watkins, her parents Robert Lee Dupler and Patricia Pride Dupler as well as a number of other family members and friends. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Crowe's Mortuary is assisting the family.
