Mrs. Ruth Eleanore Rossman, 73, of Spindale, NC, passed away Saturday, June 19, 2010. No formal services are planned.

Mrs. Rossman was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Rossman; her parents, Frank Porter Stirk and Marie Baker Stirk; 4 brothers; and 1 sister.

She is survived by 2 sons, Terry Lee Rossman of Rutherfordton and Michael Clayton Rossman and wife Kimberly of Spindale; 4 daughters, Robbin Louise Baldwin of Joplin, Missouri, Eleana Valie Brooks and husband Gary of Shiloh, Beverly Jean Rossman of Mayo, SC and Evelyn Marie Roberson of Rutherfordton; 1 brother, Gordon Stirk of Galt, California; 2 sisters, Arlene Bowen of Forest City and June Katherine Ramsey and husband Walter of Cannelton, Indiana; 9 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
