Ms. Mary “Regina” Smith, 47, of 775 Church Street, Forest City, NC passed away Friday, April 22, 2011. A Memorial Service was held at Harrelson Funeral Chapel.
Ms. Smith was preceded in death by 1 brother, Steve Henderson.
She is survived by her parents, William Henderson and Mary Campbell Henderson; 1 son, Clayton Smith of Rutherfordton; 1 daughter, Jennifer Dotson of Forest City; her life companion, Herbert Barnes of Forest City; 2 brothers, Lee Henderson of Spindale and Wayne Henderson of Anderson, SC; 4 grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Harrelson Funeral Home, 1251 US Highway 221A, Forest City, NC 28043 to help defray funeral costs.
