Ms. Mildred Guffey Bruce, 77, of Pineville, passed away on Wednesday, August 17, 2011. Services were held at A.C. McKinney Memorial Chapel at McKinney Landreth & Carroll Funeral Home. A private burial was held at Cleveland Memorial Park.

Mr. Bruce was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Claris Hamrick Guffey; one son, Dennie Bruce and one brother Guy Guffey.

She is survived by two sons, Michael Bruce and wife Bonnie of Bostic and Steve Bruce of Bostic; one daughter, Tana Bruce Isenhour and husband Robert; one sister, Doris Barnes of Stanley, NC; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

McKinney-Landreth & Carroll Funeral Home, Cliffside, NC is serving the family.
