 Ms. Ruth Ann Medford, 79, of 191 Beaver Street, Forest City, NC, passed away Thursday, July 8, 2010. Services were held at The A.C. McKinney Memorial Chapel M. Burton Funeral Home Chapel. Burial followed in Cliffside Cemetery. 

Ms. Medford was preceded in death by her parents, George Conley and Carrie Jane McKinney Medford.

She is survived by 1 son, George Medford of Forest City, NC.
