Namond Earl McComas, age 88 of Forest City, North Carolina went home to be with the Lord Thursday, November 23, 2023.

He was born on August 3, 1935, in Accoville, West Virginia and was a son of the late Carl and Geneva Davis McComas. Earl served four years in the United States Air Force.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Ada Luckadoo McComas, two children, Tammy Hill and Paul William McComas, brother and sisters, Carl McComas, Jr., Shelba Jean (Sis) Davis, Gilmer O'Dell McComas, Ceva Sue Baker, Richard McComas, Judy Mills, Argy Lee McComas, and Rose Helen McComas.

Survivors include two brothers, Harold (Sandy) McComas of Branchland, WV, Darrell McComas of FL, his children, Edward (Marie) McComas of Belleville, WV, Greg McComas of Branchland, WV, Danny McComas of NC and Mark McComas of SC as well as several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great- grandchildren.

The family will hold a private graveside service with military honors.
