Nancy Hill Roberson, age 80, passed away Friday, December 12, 2025.

A native of Rutherford County, she was the daughter of the late Ewart Allen Hill and Florence Moore Hill.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Yates Edmond Roberson.

Nancy was a graduate of R.S. Central High School and was a woman of many interests. She was a member of Cross Link Baptist Church of Forest City.

She is survived by four daughters, Melinda Roper (Gary), Sherry Freshour, Shannon Roberson, Christy Henderson (Brandon); two brothers, Joe Hill and Eddie Hill; two grandchildren, Holly Roper and Abby Roper, as well a number of other relatives and friends.

A celebration of her life was held December 17 at Crowe's Funeral Chapel with Rev. Tripp Queen, Rev. Cody Allen and Rev. Trey Beaty officiating.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Fair Haven Home Activity Fund, 149 Fairhaven Dr., Bostic, NC 28018.
