New addition at the Ellenboro Museum

Mike Rhyne, Ellenboro Museum creator, shows off the new acquisition.

At the Ellenboro Museum in the original Ellenboro Train Station Building, 124 Depot Street, Ellenboro there is a new addition. A cog wagon is now on display. Cog wagons were made from cogs from the textile mills. The ingenuity of using the old cogs to make a wagon or cog car was another creative effort of young boys and their dads. Here museum creator, Mike Rhyne shows off the new acquisition. The museum is open by request and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 12 noon and on Sundays from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. It is well worth a visit. Also it is free!
