Oliver Daniel Owensby, Jr., 62, passed away Monday, January 23, 2023.

He was born in Winder, GA to the late Oliver Daniel Owensby, Sr. and Robbie Lee Hales Owensby. He is also predeceased by his sister, Amelia June Owensby.

Oliver leaves behind numerous friends.

He worked in Public Utilities Maintenance for the City of Shelby.
