Patsy Waters Hipp, age 79, of Ellenboro, passed away Thursday, March 2, 2023.

Patsy was born July 12, 1943 in Saluda, to the late Vedas Glenn Waters and Louise Pace Waters.

She worked at Ruther House Restaurant and Main Street Daycare. She was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Terrell D. Hipp and daughter, Cathy Louise England; stepson, Albert Ray Hipp; sisters, Shirley Hipp and Beatrice Revan; brothers, Jack, Ralph and Glenn Waters.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Patricia Hipp (Phillip Myers) of Morristown, TN; stepchildren, Mike Hipp and Mary Jane Capps both of Hendersonville; sister, Adeline Pearson of Hendersonville and brother, Archie Waters (Angie) of Mill Spring; sixteen grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

A memorial service was held March 5 at Harrelson Funeral Chapel with Rev. Ernie Cole officiating.
