Pauline D. Robbins, age 87, of Forest City, passed away Saturday, September 19, 2020.

Pauline was born April 12, 1933 in Rutherford County to the late Luther Duncan and Lena Hawkins Duncan.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Bernard Mode and a second husband, Dennis Trotter; daughter, Rita Hudgins; a granddaughter; a grandson; three sisters, Odessa Dixon, Ulamae Hollifield, Bonnie Owens and brothers, Jack and Earl Duncan.

Those left to cherish her memory include two sons, Terry Mode (Joanne) of Lake Lure and Greg Mode (Beverly) of Forest City; nine grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

A graveside service was conducted Rutherford County Memorial Cemetery.

Harrelson Funeral and Cremation Services is serving the family.
