Phyllis Diane Burnette, age 53, of Forest City, passed away, August 7, 2021.

Phyllis was born August 8, 1967 in Rutherford County to the late Cleatus Moore and Mary Searcy Moore.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Danny Moore.

Those left to cherish her memory include her loving sister, Cylda Christian and four brothers, Alvin Lee Vickers, Dee Searcy, Buddy Vickers and George Vickers all of Forest City.

A celebration of Phyllis' life will be conducted on a later date.

Harrelson Funeral and Cremation Services is serving the family.
