Preston Lee Johnston age 19 of Spindale NC passed away on July 15th, 2016 as a hero saving two young boys from drowning.
Preston was a 2015 graduate of RS Central. Left to cherish his memory are his father Richard Lee Johnston and stepmother Sharon Johnston, and mother Tammy Wellman and stepfather David; sisters Jessica Johnston, and Candace Kite; brothers Joseph Wilson and Christopher Harrison. Grandparents Irene Wyatt, Deborah Johnston, Bill Alley, and Debbie Alley.
Services will be held at 11:00AM on July 21st, 2016 at Souls Harbor, burial will follow in the church cemetery. Rev. Charles Poole and Rev. Bill Alley will officiate.
Crowe's Mortuary is assisting the family.
