Ray Clinton Goode, age 64 of Forest City, passed away Sunday, February 28, 2021.

Ray was born on March 31, 1956 in Rutherford County and was a son of the late Rockford and Barbara Revis Goode.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Patrick Topper, Jr. Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Lani Goode of the home, a son, Jonathan Topper (Eva Timmons) of Hawaii, daughter-in-law, Kelly Topper of Greenville, SC, his brothers, Hershel Goode of Mooresboro, George Goode of Forest City, four grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service was held at Bethany Baptist Church.

Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
