Ray Douglas Henson "Doug", 69, of Forest City, passed away Monday, April 20, 2026.

A native of Rutherford County, he was the son of the late Ray Donald and Mary Inez Millard Henson.

Doug was a loyal employee of Hardees of Forest City, having worked there 29 years.

Doug is survived by his sister, Susan Henson Boone and husband Capt. Jim Boone, USN; nephew Matthew Boone, and niece Emily Boone Easter.

Funeral services were held April 23, 2026 at Crowe's Funeral Chapel.
