Rebecca Tate Short, age 61

Rebecca Tate Short, age 61, of Forest City, passed away Sunday, June 5, 2022.

Rebecca was born March 28, 1961 in Rutherford County to the late John Sylvan Tate, Jr. and Dora Evelyn Norville Tate. She was a graduate of Chase High School. She was the office manager at Matthew's Gym.

She is survived by her husband of forty years, Roger Short; son, Matthew Short and grandson, Arnold Flex Short.

The family received friends June 9 at Harrelson Funeral Home. A private memorial service will be held on a later date.
