His name is Billy Howard Epley and he has an infectious smile. Everyone calls him Bill. He is the founder and owner of E & H Motorcycle Sales & Service, Incorporated. This past weekend he celebrated 30 years at the same location - 122 M. D. Blanton Circle in Forest City.

A group of very successful former students got together with their college professor. They started complaining about stress in their lives. The professor went to the kitchen and soon returned with a pot of coffee and a variety of cups— some plain and some exquisite—and told the students to help themselves.
It’s no surprise! East Rutherford’s baseball team is making another run at a state 2A title. Following an easy 13-3 win over Draughn, East Rutherford (25-3) outlasted Pisgah on the road 6-5, moving themselves into the Elite Eight.
They remain the only Rutherford County team alive now after taking down Starmount 10-1, on Tuesday night. The Cavs go for the western regional championship starting today at home against East Lincoln (23-6). East Lincoln would host on Friday and the Cavs would go back home for Saturday’s contest, if game three in the series was necessary.
I have to admit, I’m somewhat of a complainer. I really hope that I am being harder on myself than I need to be, but I know I do complain more than I should. I am thankful however that most of my complaining is to God. But nevertheless, I’m complaining.

Rutherford Hospital Inc. has unveiled a new corporate brand for its organization, which will now be called Rutherford Regional Health System. The new logo and name were introduced on May 3 to department leaders and staff, foundation board members, and medical staff.
It‘s hard to predict how the playoffs will go, but first round results have been good so far for the county clubs.
On the baseball field, East Rutherford (22-3) easily dispatched of its first round 2A playoff opponent at home, West Caldwell, winning 9-0 as Tyler Jacobus threw a no-hitter.
