Ressie Mae Owens, 72, native of Cleveland County, NC, passed away on Thursday, September 1, 2022.

She is predeceased by her parents, Howard Archie and Lucille Bridges Wylie; sister, Jessie Kay Bridges.

Ressie leaves behind to cherish her memories her spouse of 37 years, Roger Owens and brother, James Wylie.

She was a member of Buffalo Baptist Church of Shelby. She worked for YMCA and Cleveland County Schools.

Funeral Services were held at Buffalo Baptist Church, Shelby September 6 with Rev. Dustin Mace officiating.
