Robert Vance, age 82

Robert Vance, age 82, passed away on Wednesday, April 21, 2021.

Mr. Vance was born July 9, 1938 in Rutherfordton. Robert enlisted in the United States Army. He served our country faithfully and was honorably discharged.

Mr. Vance was predeceased by his siblings Mary Vance, Barbara Vance and Hubert Vance.

He is survived by his wife Carolyn and his children. Robert Vance, Felicia Vance, Christopher Vance and wife Tamika, Jeffrey Vance, and Gregory Vance. He is also survived by his siblings Luther Vance, Roger Vance and wife Gladys and Edna Vance, his four grandchildren and one great grandson.

Graveside services were at Gold Hill Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. Military Honors were provided by the Rutherford County Veterans Honor Guard.
