Roberta Allen, age 59, of Henrietta, formerly of Asheville, passed away Monday, February 17, 2020.

Roberta was born May 29, 1960 in Buncombe County to the late Virlin Allen and Hannah Williams Anderson.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Shirlene Hudgins; sister, Barbara Jean Allen and stepfather, James Anderson.

Those left to cherish her memory include one daughter, Amanda Jane Bell of Jackson, Mississippi; sister, Emma Sherlin (Larry) of Forest City; brother, Donnie Wells (Renea) of Henrietta and three grandchildren.

A memorial service was conducted at Victory Baptist Church in Spindale.

The family request memorials to Hospice of the Carolina Foothills, PO Box 336, Forest City, NC 28043.

Harrelson Funeral and Cremation Services is serving the family.
