The Rutherford Outdoor Coalition (ROC) has signed a lease with the Town of Spindale for the depot building off N. Oak Street in downtown Spindale recently. Town manager Scott Webber (left) ROC President Jerry Stensland (center) and Spindale Mayor Mickey Bland are shown after completing the actual signing of the one year lease. ROC plans to occupy the building soon.
