Come join the celebration at the hottest new Ice Cream shop in the county! Be treated to some fun and 28 great tasting flavors of Hershey’s ice cream by owners Leslie and Jane. Free sample ice cream cone for everyone that comes in between 4:00 and 7:00 pm! Or indulge in some fancy coffee drinks! That afternoon we will have a DJ playing and at 6:30 pm the Little Detroit Chapter of the Antique Automobile Club of America (AACA) will be meeting at the coffee shop with about 20 antique cars! Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting and Dinner- “Race to Success”; Featuring Humpy Wheeler of NASCAR Fame! July 30th, 6:00pm – 10:00pm at the Carolina Event and Conference Center; Hudlow Rd, Forest City. Come join the Chamber for a first class event to remember! Humpy Wheeler – one of the founders and most decorated promoters of NASCAR will speak and entertain us at one of the finest conference centers in Rutherford county. There will be a NASCAR theme, photo opportunities, and autographs available. Tickets for the event are in the form of a commemorative “pit pass” and are on sale now. NASCAR related door prizes too!
