Rutherford COunty Extension & Community Association Holds Salad Extravaganza

The Rutherford County ECA held a Holiday Salad Extravaganza Nov. 15 at the N.C. Cooperative Extension’s Rutherford County Center. More than 100 people attended the event, with proceeds benefiting the ECA Scholarship Fund.
