Sandra grew up in Rutherford County with loving parents, Paul Tomblin and Bertha Splawn Tomblin.

She attended R.S. Central High School. She was co-founder of the women's basketball league through the Spindale House community center.

Her joyful attitude and love of living gave her the opportunity to positively impact employees and customers at Scoggins Restaurant.

She leaves behind two great nieces, one nephew and one great-great niece.

She was predeceased by her parents, Paul and Bertha Tomblin and nephew Stanley Lancaster and her sister Gail Russ.

There will be a celebration of Sandra's life at Crowes Mortuary October 15 at 2pm with Rev. Jack Crain officiating.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations in her memory to Hospice of the Foothills.
