Steven "Mike" Grant, age 47, of Mooresboro, passed away June 12, 2023.

Left to cherish beautiful and everlasting memories is his wife of 27 years, Misty Ivey Grant, two sons David and Ricky Grant, of Mooresboro, brother Curtis Lewis of Shelby, three sisters Donna Jones of Shelby, Joy Ivey of Mooresboro, and Deana Ivey of Boiling Springs, SC and several nieces and nephews.

Born April 27, 1976, in Cleveland County, Mike was the son of Juanita Grant and the late Steve Grant.

Mike worked at Eaton in Forest City for 17 years. He was a Deacon and member of CCBC. He coached football for the Little Chargers and baseball at the YMCA.

The family will receive friends Friday, June 23, 2023 from 6-8pm at Eggers Funeral Home of Cliffside. The family will conduct their own memorial service Saturday, June 24, 2023 at Camps Creek Baptist Church of Mooresboro at 2pm.
