Tamara Morrow Tate, age 75, cherished wife of Donald Tate, to whom she was happily married for 56 years, passed away December 19, 2015.

Tamara was a native of Rutherford County and was preceded in death by her parents Paul R. Morrow and Myrtle Marie Crowe Morrow and a brother Allen Dean Morrow. She was a graduate of RS Central High School and upon her retirement from Rutherford Hospital Medical Records Department, was the longest tenured employee of Rutherford Hospital with 48 years of service.

In addition to her husband Donald, she leaves to cherish her memory a son Christopher Scott Tate; two grandsons; one special grandchild; sisters Paulette Ward and Annette Wilson.

A service to celebrate the life of Tamara Tate was held at Adaville Baptist Church with the Rev. Jim Whitlow officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
