The Aktion Club joined forces with Kiwanis clubs from Rutherfordton (shown in photo) and Forest City to raise funds and purchase 100 teddy bears for Forest City, Spindale and Rutherfordton police departments. Aktion Club members presented teddy bears to officers from the three departments recently. The bears will be given out by officers to children that they come into contact with during their shifts.
