The Spindale Police Department announces the promotions of Sgt. Daniel Edwards, Sgt. Colin Cope, and Sgt. Josh Adams. All were promoted recently at the Town Council meeting. Sgt. Herbie Martin was also recognized as the department's fourth sergeant, who was previously promoted.
