Thelma Lorine Freeman Bland, 98 went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Saturday, February 19, 2011. Services were held at Spencer Baptist Church. Internment was held at Mt. Vernon Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mrs. Bland is survived by five grandchildren, Ruby Melton; Ray Bland; Earleen Douglas; Nancy Fox and her husband George; Kenneth Bland and wife Kathy; eight grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; four step-grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter.
