Thomas W. Phillips, March 17, 1992 - May 2, 2016. Age 24, of Whitesides Rd., passed away on May 3, 2016.

He was son to Pamela Knotts and Tony Phillips. He was an employee of Defender Services, he enjoyed working on cars, and loved Dale Earnhardt and the Steelers.

Preceded in death by step-father Mickey Knotts and grandmother Betty Wright. Survivors include his mom Pamela Knotts, Father Tony Phillips, his fiancé of 4 years Misti Atkins, two sons Nathan Meeks & Waylon Phillips, 1 brother Alan Helms and Sister Kayla Nivens.
